In Poltava started to drill new gas wells

For the first time in Ukraine such work is done by Belarusian masters, using the unique Italian equipment

In Poltava started drilling new gas wells to a depth of almost 6 km on the Semyrenkivske field. Boring the Belarusian company won the tender.

This drilling rig was built in record time – within two months. Before beginning work only a few minutes. To install just download the special chisel, which “pave” the way for the coveted gas.

For the first time in Ukraine such work is done by Belarusian masters, using the unique Italian equipment. So drilling will be faster in half than if it were held on an outdated Ukrainian equipment.

To receive the first gas from this well is planned for next spring. If the Intel is correct, to swing it it can be many years, reducing import dependence of Ukraine and bringing it closer to the distant, but real plans to become an exporter of gas.

Local government believes gas producers in an efficient and responsible investors. They develop the infrastructure of the surrounding villages – repairing roads, aid stations, houses of culture.

Separately “drillers” pledged to monitor the environment. Here applied drilling technology that meets international environmental standards.
