In Poland, thousands of people are protesting against the government

In Warsaw, tens of thousands of poles took to the “March of freedom” to Express their disagreement with government action.

The organizer of the March was made by the largest opposition party “Civic platform”. The promo also attended by other opposition forces.

At 13.30, the crowd went from Bank square in the direction of Constitution square, chanting “Hands off government” and “Poland”. Before the beginning of the March presentations were made by the leaders of the opposition.

According to the representative of the municipality of Warsaw, in protests attended by 70 thousand people. However, the police cites a much smaller figure, 9 thousand people.

The participants came to the March with the flags of Poland and the European Union, banners, signs, slogans, symbols, trade unions, political parties and non-governmental organizations. In addition, many participants are holding blue balloons – the main attribute of the “March of freedom”.

It is expected that the event will end at 18.00 the concert. The opposition relies on the participation of not less than 100 thousand people.
