According to Deputy defense Minister of Poland Michal of Dvorchik, the purpose of the exercise is to practice joint actions of the Polish troops in case of any threat.

“Scenario assumes that one of the neighbouring States intends to access resources on the territory of our country. There is an attempt to destabilize the political situation, violation of work of state administration bodies and local authorities. The attempt to seize the territory is made through a hybrid of action,” he said.

Dvorchik noted, although this is a hypothetical scenario, but based on the situations that have been observed recently.

“It is, for example, about the situation in Ukraine and the annexation of the Crimea”, – he said.
