In Peru found friezes depicting ancient deities of the Chavin culture.
A new discovery was made by scientists at the Peruvian archaeological site Garagay.
It is believed that there existed kawinska pre-Columbian civilization. During the excavation the researchers found polychrome relief friezes. This colorized decorative composition, which adorns the wall of the ancient temple.
According to archaeologists, the age of the finds more than 3,500 years.
