Investigators opened a criminal case concerning 15-the summer inhabitant of stanitsa Terek Mozdok district, the suspect in the rape of his four-year roommate, said senior assistant head investigation Department of the investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on Northern Ossetia — Alania Republic Eduard Gusov.
“The investigation Department in Mozdokskiy district investigative Department of the investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania opened a criminal case concerning 15-the summer inhabitant of the stanitsa Terek Mozdok district. He is suspected of committing crimes under paragraph “b” of part 4 of article 131 of the criminal code (“Rape victim, who has not reached fourteen-year age”)”, — stated in the message.
According to investigators, on Monday afternoon in the village of Terek suspect, walking with four-year-old neighbor raped her. Arriving home, the girl told about the incident his mother, who immediately contacted law enforcement.
