It is reported by the Patrol police of Ukraine on the page in Facebook.
It is noted that the incident happened on June 22. “The driver of IZH-2717 lost control and collided with a parked Daewoo Lanos. According to 50-year-old man, first he drank a liter of vodka, and then saw a car and decided to drive”, – stated in the message.
How he got in the car and drove off, the man does not remember. A grief-the driver agreed to take a test for intoxication, the result of which showed of 2.94 ppm alcohol in the blood.
