Simonovsky district court of Moscow arrested Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny to 20 days for the repeated calls to participate in uncoordinated actions.

It is noted that the court came to the conclusion that the administration of Nizhny Novgorod have agreed on a meeting of supporters of Navalny.
The judge emphasised that the consent of the organizer at the venue of an action may not testify about the agreement. In addition, the court concluded that the organizer and himself Navalny was aware of the failure, however, the Bulk of the video on YouTube and on his website has called for an uncoordinated action.
“The court finds guilt is proved. The evidence does not make the court doubt,” said the judge.
