FSB detained in Moscow the former Deputy chief of criminal investigation Department OVD “Presnensky” Ruslan deynichenko.
As reported “MK”, the high-ranking militiaman, who was fired in early 2019, has been implicated in the real-estate fraud, and is suspected of excess of powers of office. Deynichenko believe guilty of aiding the entrepreneur to Rafael Hamidullina.
According to investigators, on Khamidullina and associated with him was decorated several dozen apartments in the center of Moscow. In this case the owners of nearly half of the apartments are either missing, or missing.
Militiamen found out that many of these properties were rented out as “the apartment”.
