Tver district court of Moscow has registered the administrative appeal of opposition leader Alexei Navalny President Vladimir Putin’s “recognition of illegal actions and inaction” of the latter. On Friday, November 3, reported the press Secretary of the court Anastasia Jurco.
It is reported that the lawsuit stems from the fact that the founder of the Fund of struggle against corruption are not allowed to conduct meetings with voters, which, according to Navalny and members of his team, connected with the personal order of the President on this.
As explained by the lawyer of Fund Ivan Zhdanov, “we are talking about relationship failures in the coordination of activities to actors”.
The lawyer noted that the claim was made personally by the Chairman of the Tver court Olga Solopova, who previously issued a verdict to liquidate the opposition camp on Clean ponds in Moscow.
