As it became known, activists Ivan Klimov and Dmitry Berdnikov, represent the movement of the deceived investors Tatar “Tatfondbank” and came to the Red square with the icon of Kazan mother of God.
According to Klimova, they wanted to present the icon of mother of God Russian President Vladimir Putin, so that he resolved their problems.
While Berdnikov launched a poster appeal to the Russian head of state, and Klimov filmed it on video and conducted live on the social network Facebook. Activists stood at the monument to Minin and Pozharsky with icons and placards in their hands.
Police detained both Berdnikov for a picket, and Klimov for shooting on the red square. The police took the detainees to the police station “China-Town” walk.
