In Moscow arrested one of the senior security officials

The investigation is underway.

The head of one of departments of logistics GU MVD of Russia in Moscow Dmitry Koshelev is suspected of abuse of power.

On Saturday, the court chose to it a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest for almost a month — until 18 December.

“The Presnensky district court of Moscow granted the investigator’s election of a measure of restraint against Koshelev in the form of house arrest for a period of one month 30 days”, — says the press service of the court.

In relation Kosheleva prosecuted in accordance with article 285 of the Russian criminal code (“Abuse of power”).

The chief was detained by the internal security of the Ministry of internal Affairs for abuse of power with the state contract. It is noted that when carrying out acceptance by a third party under state contract of works, knowing that the work is completed in full, signed the act on its implementation.
