In the big cities of Ukraine has started a surge of real estate fraud. Most of the victims are students and employees.
Volodymyr Boychuk turned to the realtor, looking for an apartment in Kiev. Entered into an agreement, the man paid four thousand seven hundred hryvnia. Is the amount for the service, and for the first month of residence.
“I arrived on the scene, there was nobody waiting for me, I called the realtor, explain the situation, and he says that the owner decided not to rent housing to rent,” says Boychuk.
Other housing options the realtor had not even searched for, to return the money he refused, and then completely disappeared. Telephone “consultant” has stopped working, but the office is closed. The neighbors say, the room rent but use it not often. At the nearest police station Boychuk wrote a statement about the crime.
The Chairman of the national Council of Realtor chamber of Ukraine Viktor Nesin warns to punish criminals hard. It turns out that the contract stipulates that Vladimir paid 4 700 UAH for the provision of information and not search for housing.
“I would recommend to go to this FOP, and it is possible to find because it is in the registry and opositional money because the information you have provided is not true,” says Nesin.
