In Lviv, unknown persons last night threw firebombs into the premises of the two banks with Russian capital.
This was reported by the press service of the regional Department of the national police.
To Galician police Department last night, it was reported that in the center of the city there was a fire in one of the banking institutions on the Market square.
“Militiamen established that unknown persons broke a window and threw a bottle of flammable liquid in the premises of the banking institution, with the result that the fire occurred. During a fire nobody has suffered, damaged one of the premises and assets of the Bank”, – stated in the message.
According to law enforcement, nearly at the same time in the Railway police Department received a report that unknown persons broke a window and damaged the facade of one of the banking institutions on the street is low-lying.
Police officers at the scene established that unknown persons threw a bottle with flammable liquid into the window on the first floor of the financial institution. A fire broke out, but damaged the window and the facade of the premises.
According to sources, one of the banks – “BM Bank”, which is a Ukrainian subsidiary of Russian “Bank of Moscow”. The other “Vs Bank” belongs to the Russian “Sberbank”.
