The Lvov for the crime faces up to 15 years in prison.
Friday, 13 October, in Lviv, during drinking of alcoholic drinks killed the man. About it reports a press-service of the national police in the Lviv region.
32-year-old resident told police that he was beaten up a friend. Law enforcement officers arrived at the address, where the abandoned house. On the spot the police found the body of a man of 40-45 years with signs of violent death (fracture of nasal bones, multiple bleeding, the wound on the back of the head). The body was sent for examination.
According to police, in the building where no one lives, the company of five people drank alcoholic drinks.
Between the 34-year-old local resident and the victim were in conflict, during which the woman struck the man’s injuries a fragment of a wooden window frame. As a result, he died at the scene.
The intruder was arrested. According to the fact was opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (premeditated murder). The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from seven till fifteen years.
