After three days in intensive care the baby died
Two-month-old baby died from whooping cough in Lviv. The family lives in Peremyshlyany.
Infection boy picked up from older children. A brother and a sister had already recovered, and the child did not survive.
Fatal was later the appeal of parents to physicians. After 10 days the child was treated at home – thought it was a common cold.
When the boy’s condition worsened, he was taken to the Lviv hospital for infectious diseases. But after three days in intensive care the baby died. Vaccination was not yet, because just did not live up to routine vaccination.
