The offender was detained.
In Lisichansk police Department received a message from 17-year-old boy who reported that his stepfather beat his mother.
The police found that the 36-year-old mother of the boy with numerous injuries coach ambulance was delivered to the hospital a few hours later died in intensive care.
Law enforcement officers to clarify all the circumstances immediately left for the residence of the woman (transl. by M. Steppe Lisichansk).
While chatting with a man dead, the police suspected that he was trying to hide the truth, is nervous and is constantly confused and tells different versions of injury to his beloved.
Only after many urgent investigative actions, the man confessed to the crime and told investigators that in that night they together with the wife consumed alcoholic beverages. During the “feast” between them there was a quarrel, during which in a fit of rage he beat the woman.
This fact is brought in Edrei and qualified according to article 121 of UK of Ukraine “Deliberate heavy injury”. Material evidences are withdrawn. The suspect is detained as article 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine.
