He said that for the realization of the corresponding intents, developed and adopted “the plan of information support of the humanitarian programme for reunification of the people of Donbass temporarily on the territory controlled by Ukraine Lugansk region”.

In particular, the militants planned to strengthen the impact of propaganda on young people aged 16-25 years and pensioners aged 55 years and older living in the free territories of the Luhansk region.

“It is planned to create a series of information resources on the “humanitarian program” on video (primarily YouTube and “VK”), and to attract Pro-Russian the Internet-bloggers for thematic dissemination in social networks information about the “high standard of living in the LC”, the criticism of the situation in Ukraine.”, – stated in the message of Tymchuk.
