Used the fine and was allowed to continue the way”, – said the representative of the State border service of Latvia Kristine Peterson.

Fine Ukrainian will have to pay during the month.

“The health insurance policy can be issued on the spot, on the territory of the checkpoint. This year, the border guards identified the second such case of bribery. Last year similar criminal acts was 9,” added Peterson.

As reported, every fifth Ukrainian gave the bribe. The Number of giving bribes of Ukrainians decreased by 9% over three years.
