In Kremenchug educational colony of newly arrived pupils tried to raise a rebellion, destroyed the room of contents, broken plumbing, furniture, and cut their hands.

This was announced by the Deputy Prosecutor of the Poltava area Alexander Savenko, who had specially arrived on the scene.

According to him, today, prosecutors became aware of the emergency situation in Kremenchug educational colony, where was recorded the fact of willful disobedience of the pupils.

“Nine of them were trying to do some damage and tried this myself to raise a rebellion… Their actions were manifested in verbal sparring, damage to property of the colony… There is a partly damaged room contents, broken plumbing, furniture. The reason for this behavior of the pupils, in their own words, was the improper attitude of the employees of the institution: they say it was nitpicking that offend their honor and dignity,” – said Savenko.

However, he noted that some of the pupils behaved similarly in other colonies before yesterday’s transfer to Kremenchug.

“We check also the version of the special destabilization of the situation. The version that they were forbidden to smoke and use mobile, which is illegal, which the journalists say, I have not heard” – said Savenko.
