In Kramatorsk Donetsk region the drunk 29-year-old boy was beaten to death by mother, with whom he had verbal sparring.
On the death of 52-year-old woman became known after the call of a neighbor, became suspicious.
The corpse had traces of violent death.
Initially, the son was hiding the crime, saying that the mother died in the fall. But he later said that he began to beat the mother until she died. After the murder, he lived in the apartment with the body of a woman and continued to drink.
On this fact police opened criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 121 of the Criminal code of Ukraine “Deliberate heavy injury”. The sanction of article provides imprisonment for the term from 7 to 10 years.
