In Kramatorsk, a drunken citizen beat patrol

The police inflicted light injuries.

The evening of 14 July in Kramatorsk drunken citizen attacked a police patrol and caused him minor injuries.

About 17.15 employees of the Patrol police stopped a car whose driver was drunk. To fix the offense, as witnesses were invited two people – a guy and a girl.

However, at a time when the police offered the driver to pass the inspection, they were approached by an unknown man who was in an alcohol intoxication. The man began to intervene in the conversation and prevented the execution of patrol duties. He said that the girl understood his wife, and behaved aggressively. The result was conflict, a remark from Kramatorsk police did not react, and tried to provoke a fight.

During the application of special means (handcuffs), and placing the offender in a car, man caused one of the officers injuries: contusion of the soft tissues of the face and the closed fracture of a finger.

In fact openly criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 345 (Deliberate causing to the employee of law enforcement Agency or its close relatives of a beating, lungs or average weight of injuries in connection with performance by this worker of official duties) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of restriction of freedom for up to 5 years, or imprisonment for the same term.
