In Kiev will create an open database of contracts with developers

“All the debts specific to developers indicating the status of litigation on them is available for review now,” – noted Vice-the mayor.

According to first Deputy head of Kyiv city state administration Gennady FPGA, the program of calculation of the size of the contribution and preparation of contracts to start work on 1 January, but the public part is not yet available, because not reconciled database.

“All the debts specific to developers indicating the status of litigation on them is available for review now,” – noted Vice-the mayor.

He explained that the program allows any developer and anyone who wishes to make a preliminary calculation of the amount of share participation before submitting the documents, and calculate the size of the nearest payment under the contract.

In the future, will also have the option involving full electronic interaction between the administration and developers without the transfer of paper documents.

“We plan to make it available before the end of the year. Until developers submit a written application to the Department, but these data are not summarized. With regard to the payment functions while it is held in a standard way. Data on share, paid from the beginning of the year, have not reduced,” – said Gennady FPGA.
