The inhabitant of Kiev region without a permanent place of work was previously convicted for theft and robbery.
Police officers of Kiev detained a 39-year-old attacker, who for several months had made assaults on teenagers. His victims were at least three boys between 13 and 19 years.
“The victims were told that the tall man threatened them with a knife and took away pocket money and phones. After analyzing all the facts, the police concluded that the crime can make one and the same person. During testing, the suspect was arrested. It the inhabitant of Kiev region, without a permanent place of work, judged earlier for thefts and robberies. He confessed and even told the details of attacks in the capital, the man came periodically, and the victims-the teenagers chose among bystanders”, — reported in GU NP of Kiev.

Open criminal proceedings on the facts of assaults, the attacker faces up to 10 years of prison with confiscation of property. The detainee has already elected a measure of restraint — detention.
