“No,” the tour on the blood”
In the center of Kiev, near the Palace of sports, the activists of the Volunteer movement of the OUN held a rally called “No” on the road of blood”, directed against the Ukrainian singers who visited Russia with concerts.
The third guest of the ceremony Awards on M1 Music TV channel M1 in the Palace of Sports met the activists of the youth wing of the volunteer movement of the OUN. The movement explained that among the 18 artists who submitted for the award, four, visit regularly with speeches Russia. Among them, Max Barsky, Mozgi, “Time and glass” and Alekseev.
Also where and when these artists participated in local music events.
We will remind, in Ukraine since November, the organizers of the tour are required to consult with the SBU in relation to the participants from Russia. The relevant law № 2165-VIII published in the official newspaper “Voice of Ukraine”.
According to the law in Ukraine can carry out events with artists from Russia, but the organiser shall give at least 30 days to contact the security Service to obtain permission for participation of the contractor. A SBU, for its part, within 10 days should give an answer, is there any reason not to let the Russian artist on the territory of Ukraine. If security will allow it – the organizer may conclude a contract with the artist. But in this case, circumstances can change and the result is not allowed in Ukraine.
A fine 50-100 times the minimum wage (currently from 160 to 320 thousand UAH). The Ministry of culture will define the procedure for the imposition of fines. The changes include a ban on conducting activities, which promote of the Russian Federation, the government of the aggressor country, and their actions or justify the occupation of Ukraine. It is impossible to hold the concerts if they would take part of people threatening national security (if his name is in the special list of the Ministry of culture).
