The incident flooded with water one-way traffic on the Boulevard and prospect Mira.
“Kiev, state of emergency, Boulevard of the Supreme Council 1A, a breakthrough heating duct, for 5 minutes completely filled with 1-way traffic on the Boulevard in the direction of Schlichter and prospect Mira, ran down to the railroad tracks,” reads the message.
As previously reported, in Kiev there was a large-scale breakthrough of heating on karavaevy cottages from the Radio market.
