“To protect animals from this abuse it is necessary to admit the outdoor cats part of the ecosystem of the city of Kiev and ban them unjustly catch and murder,” she said.

But at the same time, according to kyryliuk, you should pay attention to the issue of reproduction of animals and conducting humane biostabilization, vaccination, registration, and construction of homes.
