Landlords, taking advantage of the increased demand, purposefully inflate prices.
“Two days ago set for rent “kopeck piece” for 13 thousand UAH. Our colleague went to show it. But it turned out that just before us was another display, and the client immediately agreed. This despite the fact that 13 thousand UAH for this apartment is not cheap. In the summer it could pass for 11,5–12 thousand UAH/month.”, — said Shock.
Past experience shows that prices in this period rises on the average by about 10-15%. Due to high demand it is possible more strong situational jump in the cost of rent. But by mid-October, the situation is usually cleared.
