Many of the taxi service in Kiev decided to raise their prices because of rising in price of LPG.
“They always consider the price based on the prices of LPG, instead of petrol. “Minimal” raised about 5 UAH and added from 50 cents to one hryvnia to the price per kilometer. And someone just reduced the mileage included in the minimum tariff,” — said the project administrator Vtaxi.info Alex Drobot.
Recall, from 21 to 22 August, the cost of liquefied gas at filling stations of large networks in Kiev has grown on average by 50 cents to 15 UAH 50 kopecks.per liter.
The main reason for the rise in price of this fuel is its shortage in the country. Market analysts talking about the critical situation on the market: according to calculations, to drive the liquefied gas is profitable only in case if it is not more than 50 percent of the price of gasoline, but this threshold has already been exceeded.
