Police found out that the conflict arose between the women. During an argument one of the ladies pulled out an air gun and shot the other. The victim, according to doctors, a blind wound in the thigh, she was taken to the hospital.
The woman who was shot, was detained by passers-by and handed over to the police.
She might have problems with mental health, she was taken to a medical facility.
“Inadequate woman without documents just walked up to the victim with the words: “You’re glowing” and began shooting,” States news service.
