In Kiev killed a woman

To conceal the crime, the killer left the woman’s body on the balcony.

Fatal injuries the victim suffered during the conflict with the landlord, with whom recently lived. Investigators began criminal proceedings.

In a call center of Desnyansky police Department received a report that the apartment house discovered the woman’s body with signs of violent death. In the address immediately went investigative team police.

At the scene the police found the owner of the apartment, clothing which had stains of brown color. Also on the floor of the balcony, the police found the bloodied body of a woman with an open craniocerebral injury and missing two fingers on his hand.

The man was in a state of alcoholic intoxication, therefore, to explain nothing. From the scene police officers seized an axe with traces of brown color and sent for examination.

Police found that the owner of the apartment with a woman who occasionally lived with him, drank alcoholic beverages. The whole time they were out, loudly arguing among themselves about what the neighbors heard. As a result, people with an axe repeatedly struck the woman on the head and torso.

To conceal the crime, the man moved the woman’s body on the balcony.

The man was detained in order St. 208 Criminal procedure code of Ukraine. This – 53-richny an unemployed native of the Chernihiv region, who lived in Kiev.

On this fact the investigative Department began criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 115 (Premeditated murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. To the detainee it is declared suspicion in Commission of the specified crime for which punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to fifteen years.
