On March came and opponents.
In the center of Kiev on 19 November the activists staged a March to mark the International day of remembrance of transgender people.
Photographer Alexander Goncharov visited the action and captured what is happening there in the photo.
Participation in the event was attended by approximately fifty people. Activists walked from the Sofia area to the “Golden gate”. In hands they held posters with appeals to stop transphobia.
Almost like any action, a March for the rights of transgender people has not done without participation of the opposing side. Opponents of the action were less. They searched the police officers who were watching the event. To akiah opponents they came in masks and with the posters that transgender is a disease.
