One of the sites of free announcements came the offer of assistance in getting into law faculty and the economic faculty of Kiev national University named after Taras Shevchenko for graduates who have failed the external independent testing (EIT).
“If you have very low scores on the results of testing, but you don’t want to waste time and immediately go and get a quality higher education in law or Economics, which will open the way and Outlook in life, we can help! Help to do you or your children into the most prestigious University of Ukraine, Kyiv national Taras Shevchenko”, — say the authors.
In particular, they offer mediation when applying for legal (specialty “Law”) and economic (majoring in “Finance, banking and insurance”) departments.
Journalists tried to get in touch with some Vitaly Valentinovich, the contacts of which are specified in the ad. However, he said he was busy and promised himself to get in touch. Later, the man actually called back and confirmed that may help to arrive on economic faculty of the KNU, even with the meager points EIT. On the question of whether he’s a teacher, he replied in the negative and said that’s just helping applicants to enroll.
It should be noted that this user was registered on the ads website in early 2017, and until recently didn’t put any information.
In addition, the phone number specified in the message, previously lit up in a fraudulent scandal. So, in 2013, he belonged to the speculators, who were engaged in the transportation of Ingulets (Krivoy Rog) in the Crimea.
