In Kiev dropped the price on the secondary market

The share of apartments in the price range up to $50 million is 32% of the total supply.

During the year, the average price of secondary housing in Kyiv in us dollar terms decreased by 7.3%.

In September in comparison with August offer on the secondary market in Kiev has increased by 3% to 20 215 apartments.

The volume of supply increased total area and dollar terms, by 2.8% and 2.7%, respectively.

“At the end of September 2017, in comparison with August, the average price of secondary housing in Kyiv, though insignificantly, but increased by 0.1% to $1 252 sq. m” – said in the message.

Thus, in General the volume of a Studio apartment occupied 28%, two – room- 32%, triples by 33% and 4-room – 7%.

The smallest proportion represented by the sale of apartments in Obolon and svyatoshynskyi – 7%, in the Desna and Podolsky – 6%”, – stated in the message.

The share of apartments in the price range up to $50 million is 32% of the total supply, ranging from $100 thousand to $150 thousand – 13%, from $150 thousand to $250 thousand – 9% $250 million – 5% of the total supply.
