Dangerous cargo, bound for the capital, law enforcers detained.
In the village of Old Petrivtsi Vyshgorodskiy district, police stopped a car which was heading towards the capital. In the car police found a bag in which there were radioactive materials. It turned out that the bag was carrying enriched uranium.
Dangerous substance were evacuated from the Chernobyl zone. Offenders who intended to smuggle in Kiev uranium, were two of Kharkiv.
In the attempt to export radioactive substances men face up to 10 years in prison.
