The rating of the municipal housing Department of the capital formed on the basis of several criteria: appeal of Kiev on the hot line 1551 and 1557; cleanliness of houses and courtyards, lighting of common areas, emergency work during working hours, current services the number of complaints about rude behavior and rudeness of the employees.
The ranking identifies the top ten worst Zhekov on which to make personnel decisions. As reported in KGGA, 17 business executives have been dismissed on the basis of these indicators.
