In Kiev, near the metro station “Slavutich” the police guard detained two men suspected of raping a girl.
According to police, during a patrol outfit-response police protection in Kiev noticed a girl who was sitting on the side of the road and cried.
“When the police turned to her, 21-year-old woman said that just on the street Zarechnaya her with physical violence, raped by two unknown men. The victim reported the signs of the suspects,” said police.
Reportedly, the police surveyed the neighborhood and noticed two young men matching the description and detained them. These men recognized the victim.
According to police, the attacker was a 28-year-old and 25-year-old natives of Kirovohrad region, both were in a state of intoxication.
At the moment, as militiamen noted, the issue of election of a measure of restraint in form of detention. Also, law enforcement officers opened criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 152 (rape) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. For the crime to them threatens till 12 years of imprisonment.
