Shevchenko district court of Kyiv today began consideration of criminal proceedings against the former people’s Deputy of the Party of regions Oleg Tsarev.

“At the beginning of the court session the Secretary reported that the court has not been accused Oleg Tsarev, although he was duly notified about the time and date of the meeting. The lawyer said she failed to communicate with his client… the Presiding judge Pavel Slobodyan decided to continue the proceedings in the absence of the accused”, – is spoken in the message.

Under the assumptions of the defense, Tsarev is now able to stay in the Crimea.
