Note, the mosaic of the “Wind” was created in 1967 by the Soviet artist, a dissident Alla Horska. Together with her mosaic was created by Boris plexi and Victor Zaretsky. “Wind” is the only monumental work of artists in Kiev.

In January 2016 Museum workers appealed to the President of Ukraine with a request to include this work in the State register of immovable monuments, as in November 2015, the restaurant sold and it was under threat of demolition. According to the Ministry of culture, the building became a monument of architecture.
