In the capital banned the catching of homeless cats. So, the decision was made regarding the ban on catching of homeless cats in the city. This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv city Council.
According to this solution – in the city from now on it will be impossible to catch stray cats. The exception to this is the need to sterilize or vaccinate. And the process of catching animals with such a goal necessarily will need to involve animal protection organizations.
Public utilities also have an obligation to create conditions for cats penetration in the basement and not interfere with the natural rodent.
