On Victory Avenue, 19, a mentally-unbalanced woman committed suicide by jumping from the apartment window of the 9th floor.
The incident occurred on the morning of Wednesday, July 18. The police called one of the tenants and said that on the window of the 9th floor, his legs dangling, the woman who intends to jump. Medics ambulance arrived 15 minutes after the incident. They pronounced him dead.
