The taxi service Uber has launched in Kyiv a new service uberVAN.
About this Uber said in its official blog on the website of the company.
The new service allows you to call the big cars like Mercedes-Benz Vito, Volkswagen Transporter, Mitsubishi Grandis, which can accommodate up to 6 passengers.
The cost of travel uberVAN will be calculated by the formula: 45 UAH per car, 5,8 UAH per kilometer and 1.8 UAH per 1 minute in the way. The minimum cost of the trip is 80 UAH.
However, as further noted in a press release sent out to journalists, for long distances after 20 miles starts to operate, the rate is 15 UAH for 1 km.
One of the conditions for connecting new cars to uberVAN is the presence of 6 passengers, equipped with seat belts.
Now for the people of Kiev will be available four tariff: uberX, UberSELECT, UberBLACK and new uberVAN.
Today, in addition to Kiev uberVAN available in such cities as Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Geneva, Paris, nice, Rome, Brussels, Warsaw, Milan, Munich, Lima, Bogota, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Vienna.
