Yesterday, October 3, at about 23:00, the police received a message that in one of the apartments on Avenue of Truth sparked a family dispute. This became known from the message of the Kiev Operational on the social network page Facebook.
A police officer arrived at the scene, where the woman with three children. It turned out that there was a family quarrel. The apartment was a mess: scattered belongings and furniture, stains on the walls, broken banks with preservation. The head of the family closed in a room and propped the door from the inside. He cut his hand and tried to jump out the window of the apartment, which is located on the 13th floor.
A man stood on the windowsill, the police managed to talk him down and not to jump. The man was examined by doctors. Probably they will take him to a psychiatric hospital for examination.
