In Kyiv a resident of the military camp at Brovarsky Avenue put his five year old son behind the wheel of “Volkswagen Passat” and began to ride him around the yard, and he was in the passenger seat.
As a result of such action the boy made arrival on the yard dog, who died. “It could have been anyone. Watch children and Pets in their yards” – write witnesses.
