Scientists call the dandelions in December, an unbelievable phenomenon, as they grew up, and especially the blossom, it is necessary that the ground is well warmed.
In Kherson on the waterfront bloomed yellow dandelions, and in the winery, came the snowdrops.
“Scientists call dandelions in December, an incredible phenomenon. Some of the flowers are yellow and some have even given a white fluffy seed. Locals say that the month was very warm, sometimes the temperature reached 15 degrees, so swollen buds and green grass in the city no one is surprised”, — said in the story.
Meanwhile the scientists note that “December” dandelions have become a truly unique phenomenon. “It’s not snowdrops – they bloom when warmed earth! It’s not even spring flowers are late-spring or summer plants! I certainly do not remember. Over its nearly 60 years of life this winter, this December I don’t remember” — says senior researcher of the nature Department of Kherson regional Museum Mikhail Podgainy.
However, due to high temperature, beating “heat records” it blooms not only the South but also all Ukraine – photo with colorful plants massively post users of social networks. So, for example, in the Vinnytsia region before the New year bloomed snowdrops.
A particularly enterprising citizens have even started to sell red flowers, for which, by the way, there is a penalty.
