In Kherson a teenager with a shovel was brutally murdered 84-year-old grandfather

Boy jailed for 12 years.

In Kherson region a teenager who brutally murdered a pensioner, sentenced to 12 years imprisonment. About it reported in a press-service of police of the Kherson region.

In July last year in one of the villages located near area 16-the summer guy took the life of 84-year-old pensioner. Juvenile stabbed him 18 times with a shovel on the head and more than 70 blows by a knife in different parts of the body. A villain steel 1500 hryvnias which he found on the table under the tablecloth.

The police detained the attacker for six hours. Along with his parents, to whom he gave the money to the victim, the guy was hiding in the forest.

Police set all the circumstances of the crime. That evening the family was visiting the victim, broke up about midnight. Then the boy returned to the courtyard of a pensioner in order to steal the motor. But the owner at that time came out of the house, between them there was a conflict, in which the minor was beaten by 84-year-old man with a shovel. Then inflicted multiple stab wounds. After searching the house, the teenager took the money. According to the guy, after committing the crime he was in a state of shock, so mixed up at home and tried to get into the neighborhood. In the morning he told his parents and they decided to flee from the village, hiding for some time in the forest.

Was opened criminal proceedings under paragraph 6 of part 2 of article 115 (premeditated murder) and part 4 St. 187 (robbery) of the criminal code of Ukraine. Recently the verdict of the golopristansky district court of Kherson region minors convicted of specified crimes and sentenced to 12 years imprisonment.
