Kharkiv local Prosecutor’s office No. 2 began criminal proceedings upon office negligence of officials of the Kharkov city Council (part 2 of article 367 of the criminal code of Ukraine).

As an example, one of the companies acquired two premises in Kharkov on Sumskaya str, 5. One of them, with an area of 478 square meters, the company has paid 123 thousand UAH. That is the cost of 1 sq m amounted to 1 thousand UAH 352. in the second room, with an area of 83 sq m – 123 thousand UAH. (1 thousand 489 UAH. for 1 sq. m). The market value of a property in the area is much higher. Sold alongside the premises costing more than 9 thousand UAH. per square meter. That is, according to preliminary estimates, the cost of real estate was lowered by more than 6 times “, – said Alexander Filchakov.
