The incident happened today, November 16, at about 14:00.
As it became known to the Chronicle.info with reference to politeka.net in the premises of the shopping center drove the car and continued driving.
“At the time of the accident the driver was in a condition of narcotic intoxication” — said the press-Secretary of management of police patrol Kharkov Karina Kurbanova.
According to preliminary information, no injuries. The driver was composed of two administrative reports under article 124 and 130 of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences. On the site of emergency works it is investigatory-operative group of the police.
