“According to preliminary data, a group of guys in an unfinished building doing parkour. One of them could not resist and fell approximately six metres in height”, – stated in the published message.
The investigative team examined the scene, interviewed witnesses and identified the boy’s parents. The information about the incident was registered in the Magazine of the uniform accounting of offenses.
