“Law enforcement officers establish the causes of conflict between the citizen and the police officer. Today around 13:00 the police received a conflict message on one of the markets of Kharkov, during which the employee of special forces fired into the air from their own traumatic gun. It is established that the militiaman was out of service, without a service weapon but not in uniform”, – stated in the message.
It is reported that the leadership of GUNP in the Kharkiv region has appointed office investigation on this fact. The action of subordinate will be reviewed by the commander of the special battalion of the Kharkov police.
It is also noted that the results of the inspection, if the fault of the police officer is proven, it will be subject to disciplinary action.
