In Kharkiv a student died after falling from the balcony of the hostel.
The tragedy occurred on Victory Avenue at about 03:00. According to preliminary reports, 21-year-old young man came to smoke on the balcony, leaned over the railing and fell down from height of the ninth floor. From the received traumas the victim died on the spot.
At the scene, security forces were able to establish the identity of the deceased. He was a student of one of the local universities. Open criminal proceedings under article 115 UK of Ukraine (“murder”).
